Special Christmas Cake

Ingredients: 
Red currant jam - 1 glass
Soda -  1 teaspoon
Kefir - 1 glass
Sugar -  1 glass
Eggs - 2 
Flour - 2,5 cups
Butter - 10 grams

Cooking Instruction: 
In one bowl mix up currant jam with soda. It should lather up.
In a different bowl beat in the eggs and mix it together with kefir, flour and sugar very well. Gradually combine both bowls. 
Grease the form with butter, cover with flour. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake in an oven heated to 180C for about an hour. 
Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
